If there's one thing I've learnt over the years, it's that the quality of our lives is shaped by the quality of who we be in our relationships.
Our relationship with ourselves. Our children. Our partners. Our families. The earth. Our work.
And the relationship we hold with life itself.
As a mother, this has become even more meaningful to me.
Every day I am reminded that healing doesn't stop with us. The way we learn to be with and regulate our emotions, navigate conflict, love ourselves and move through life's challenges becomes the legacy we leave for the next generation.
That matters deeply to me.

Not because I believe I have all the answers, but because I've spent more than a decade walking this path myself.
